ANGLO-INDIAN MINCE
POTATO CHOPS / RISSOLES
Mince Potato Chops are not Meat Chops in the strict sense. They are like cutlets but shaped differently ie rectangular or oval shaped instead of round. Lightly Spiced Lamb or Beef Mince is encased in mashed potato and crumb fried. They can be served as a side dish with steamed rice or they go well with Toast and steamed or saturated vegetables at dinner.
